Two minutes teaching and testing you on the creek damage people usually miss. Your score travels with every observation you make, so a city knows how much to trust it.
Professional stream surveyors pass a test before their data counts. Volunteers never have. Second Look gives volunteers a two-minute lesson and a sixteen-photo test on four kinds of creek damage, and saves the score with every observation they make.
The test is a usability study with a pre-registered analysis plan. Half the people see the lesson first and half see it after. We publish the result either way.
Built for the OneAquaHealth hackathon, track 3, AI-Supported Assessment. Berkeley is a follower city. Strawberry Creek is the worked example.
